Cedar Bay "Old Mill Point" Lodging Options

Guest Rooms – $150/room-2 available (1-6 people per room)
Old Mill Point offers 6 Guest Rooms, 3 rooms in 2 cabins. A Guest Room is a single private room with a private bathroom, a Queen bed, and 1 bunk bed. A living room with a fireplace and a fully-furnished kitchenette (refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, and microwave) is shared with the 2 other guest rooms. Towels, linens, and bedding are provided.
Family Cabins – $200/cabin-0 available (2-10 people per cabin)
Old Mill Point offers 9 private Family Cabins each with a picturesque view. Each cabin has at least 2 bedrooms (some have 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and a loft), 1 bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a fully-furnished kitchenette (refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, and microwave). Each room includes a queen bed plus 1 bunk bed or 2 twin beds. Towels, linens, and bedding are provided.
Lodge Rooms- $100/room-3 available (1-6 people per room)
Old Mill Point offers 10 dorm-style Lodge Rooms that are conveniently located above the Willoughby Lodge Dining Hall. (There is no elevator access to rooms on the 2nd floor.) Each Lodge Room includes a queen bed with 2-3 bunk beds, and a shared public bathroom & separate private showers located down the hall. Towels, linens, and bedding are provided.
Meals
Each meal is $12 per person, snacks are $5 per person.
Total cost for Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch, & 2 snacks = $46 per person.
Lodging Cost
Lodge Room - $100 per room/night (1 Queen Bed + 1 or 2 bunk beds)
Guest Room - $150 per room/night ( 1 Queen Bed + 1 bunk bed)
Family Cabin - $200 per cabin/night (at least 2 bedrooms per cabin. Each bedroom has 1 Queen Bed + 1 bunk bed OR 2 twin beds)

As mentioned, the Covenant Church is paying 50%. We don't want finances to be an issue.
